Grad Night 2026 Policies

  • Grad Night is chemical free. If you act in a manner that leads chaperones to believe that have used alcohol, drugs, or tobacco, or if you bring these substances, you will be asked to leave and not allowed to return. Refunds will not be issued.
  • Grad Night begins immediately after the graduation ceremony. Students will be transported from the ceremony to UHS. Late arrivals not admitted.
    • Students are not allowed to drive themselves or leave cars on campus. If a student wishes to leave the event early, in the middle of the night, a parent/guardian will be called, and they will need to pick up the student. Only parent/guardians listed as Emergency Contacts will be allowed to pick up the student.
  • Only UHS Seniors can attend Grad Night. No guests allowed.
  • If you do not “walk” at graduation, as determined by the UHS Administration, you are not eligible to attend. If you do not graduate, you may request a refund.
  • In the event of cancellation, all registration fees and donations will be refunded.
  • Emergency Contacts will be called/texted in the event the student needs to leave the event or communication regarding a student is required. Emergency contacts must respond to these calls.
  • Parents need to be in person to check their student out before the event end time.

The Parents’ Association and the UHS Administration are aligned on these policies and they will be enforced.

monetary donations

Monetary donations are gratefully accepted and will be used to offset the cost of the party and to help out those seniors that find the party cost a financial burden for them/their family.

Online donations can be made via our PayPal Account. Cash, checks, and gift cards are also gladly accepted.

Volunteers ARE CRITICAL TO MAKING GRAD NIGHT A REALITY.

We need you! We especially need parents of Freshman-Juniors the day of the event as Senior parents are not allowed to work the event.  Pay it forward. It’s a fun time! No, really! Just ask ANYONE who has worked this event in the past.

As we approach the event, a detailed call for volunteers for the day of events will go out!  Keep your eye out!
